Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, BicyclePartsZA will cover the return shipping.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
